Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the design, coding and testing of core business, technical research and tackling key problems.

2. Cooperate with product/front-end/testing/implementation personnel to carry out work.

3. Lead junior and middle-level developers to complete development tasks and deliver them on time with good quality.

4. Experience sharing and technical exchange, to improve together with the team.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer or related major.

2. More than 5 years working experience in software R&D.

3. Experience in unified identity management, unified authentication and information security is preferred.

4. Technologies that need to be mastered: SpringBoot, database related technologies, cache related technologies, Elastic Stack, distributed stream data flow engine (Spark or Flink, etc.), document (WordVisioPPT) writing ability, etc..

5. Experience in Hadoop, data mining, machine learning and other big data practices is preferred.

6. Proficient in using object-oriented programming and common design patterns, and strong independent design ability and business understanding ability.

7. Be familiar with the relevant processes of traditional development and agile development.

8. Experience in team management, good communication skills, high self-discipline, ability to actively promote the research and development work of the group, and high pressure resistance.
