As global digital economies continue to grow, governments worldwide are launching national digital transformation strategies to accelerate the shift towards digital governance. The Overseas One-Stop Government Services Solution integrates technologies such as connectivity, cloud computing, big data, AI, and government-specific applications to achieve six "interconnections" and six "unifications" for government systems. These include interconnected business, systems, data, users, management, and standards, along with unified access, services, user experience, platforms, data sharing, and evaluations. This transition improves government services from being merely functional to becoming more efficient, user-friendly, and intelligent. It enhances citizen experience, boosts government efficiency, and accelerates the shift from digital government to a digital economy, speeding up national digitalization efforts.

Wang Bin, President of Huawei's One-Stop Government Service Partner Marketing and Solution Sales Department, stated: “The success of China’s government services can be attributed not only to comprehensive top-level planning and an effective coordination mechanism, but also to the strong foundation built on government cloud, government networks, and integrated big data. Establishing a robust data governance system and focusing on government services and enhancing user experience, we improve government efficiency and drive the upgrade and optimization of government services.”

Huawei showcased three models and solution architectures for government service development. Cities overseas can tailor their approach based on their development status and needs, focusing on three key areas:

1. Online Public Services: By centralizing public service operations online, with a unified portal, account, and access, citizens can easily obtain 24/7 online government services and efficiently manage their transactions.

2. Integrated Public Services and Data: By connecting inter-departmental data and optimizing business processes, this approach integrates government services, offering innovative one-stop services. It allows for seamless, single-step transactions, enabling data to travel more, while citizens travel less.

3. Intelligent Public Services: Leveraging AI technologies like large models, intelligent services such as proactive reminders and conversational processing are introduced, making government services smarter, more proactive, and faster.

As a key partner of Huawei, BambooCloud leverages its full-stack innovation in the IAM field to deeply integrate with Huawei’s solutions, aiming to provide customers with secure, efficient, and intelligent products and solutions, strengthening the foundation of digital security. Looking ahead, BambooCloud will continue to collaborate with Huawei, using digital intelligence as a core driving force to contribute to the development of digital government and jointly shape a new chapter in the intelligent digital world.
