Bamboocloud Powers the Development of "China·Guizhou" Unified Mobile Platform, Advancing Government Service Development
The 2024 China International Big Data Industry Expo recently concluded successfully in Guiyang, Guizhou. At the event, the "China·Guizhou" unified mobile application platform, led by the General Office of the Guizhou Provincial Government, was officially launched. The platform focuses on five key modules: public services, government transparency, public engagement, streamlined efficiency, and data empowerment. It aims to create an inclusive service platform, a collaborative government transparency platform, an agile and efficient governance platform, an open and transparent ecosystem platform, and an intelligent, data-driven decision-making platform, building a smart government that is interconnected and beneficial to the public.
In recent years, Guizhou has continuously promoted digital transformation and innovation within the government. Through the convenience, efficiency, and intelligence of mobile services, the province has developed "Guizhengtong" for internal use and "China·Guizhou" for public services, bringing government services directly to the fingertips of its citizens. "China·Guizhou" follows a unified foundation and integrated front- and back-end approach to build a province-wide mobile support platform. It consolidates government service resources into a single network, while supporting six-tier governance and operations at the provincial, city, county, township, village, and group levels. Based on the practical needs of building a smart, service-oriented government and leveraging Bamboocloud’s core expertise and advanced technologies in the field of digital identity, Guizhou-Cloud Big Data Company has partnered with Bamboocloud to create a trusted digital identity management platform, focusing on the principles of co-construction, sharing, joint use, and co-governance.
The platform centered on "digital identity," drives the development of the unified "China·Guizhou" mobile application platform, serving over 30 million users across the province. It provides identity technology support for the "China·Guizhou" app, including unified identity management, trusted identity authentication, and AI-driven risk control. By reshaping the province's digital government infrastructure, business framework, and organizational structure through data, it optimizes and integrates government websites across departments, ensuring connectivity. Additionally, it enhances the app's risk identification and system security, contributing to high-quality economic and social development.
"China·Guizhou" is officially available on major app stores such as Huawei and Apple, and a WeChat mini-program version has also been launched, covering all provincial, city, and county levels. The platform has onboarded 157 accounts, with over 80,000 downloads and more than 35,000 registered users. As the construction of Digital China accelerates, Bamboocloud will continue to increase R&D investment, driving technological innovation and industrial upgrades, and shaping a new intelligent, secure, and innovative industrial landscape powered by modern productivity.
