Guizhou Launches "Trusted AI Data Space" with Leading Enterprises
On April 8, the Trusted AI Data Space Value Co-Creation (Guizhou) Summit Forum was successfully held. The event brought together representatives from government agencies, leading enterprises, and academic experts to engage in in-depth discussions on the collaborative development of data and AI. Participants explored the development trends and future opportunities of trusted data spaces, contributing to the high-quality development of Guizhou's National Data Element Comprehensive Pilot Zone.
During the forum, the Guizhou Provincial Big Data Development Administration, Huawei Cloud, and other organizations including China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and Bamboocloud jointly launched the innovative exploration of the “Trusted AI Data Space,” aiming to unlock the value of public data.
In his speech, Zhu Zongyao, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Guizhou Provincial Big Data Development Administration, also serving as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government, highlighted that Guizhou, as the first national pilot zone for big data and the National Data Element Pilot Zone, is firmly advancing its big data strategy. He emphasized that building a trusted data space is a key initiative, focusing on four main areas: "data availability, smooth data flow, effective data use, and data security." These efforts aim to unlock the value of data and unleash its potential. Guizhou is committed to sharing its data, scenarios, and applications, and working with industries across the board to boldly explore and innovate the development of the data element industry.
Currently, Guizhou has established a complete ecosystem loop comprising "legislative support, computing power infrastructure, and application scenarios," with a leading foundation for market-oriented allocation of data elements in China. Taking the opportunity of building the National Data Element Pilot Zone, Guizhou aims to overcome the three major barriers of data—“reluctance to circulate, fear of circulation, and inability to circulate”—by constructing a trusted data space system, making data elements a core driving force for high-quality development.
The exploration of the "Trusted AI Data Space" will focus on key issues such as multi-party identity trust, data ownership, the development and utilization of high-quality AI data sets, and the compliance training and inference of models. It will also drive the “1+1+2” innovation framework, which includes building a new governance system focused on "compliance governance and value co-creation," leading the new platform architecture of "One Lake, One Chain, Three Engines," and tackling two core technologies—“digital passports” and “confidential sandboxes.”
As a leader in the domestic next-generation IAM middleware industry and a leading digital technology and cloud service provider, Bamboocloud has been at the forefront of promoting the safe and orderly flow and in-depth development of data elements. In 2023, Bamboocloud independently developed the "Trusted Data Space." By leveraging technologies such as data access control, privacy computing, data APIs, and blockchain, the solution ensures that data remains trusted, controllable, and verifiable during authorization, processing, and operation, enabling the aggregation and governance of key industries and data resources. This fully unleashes the value of data elements and promotes the compliant and secure circulation of industry data.
Looking ahead, Bamboocloud will continue to focus on technological innovation in the digital technology field, actively exploring the integration of trusted data spaces with AI large models. The company will work closely with clients and partners to accelerate the construction of data infrastructure, co-create data element value scenarios, and drive the empowerment of industries through the "AI+" initiative.
