Innovation-Driven | Bamboo Cloud Chairman Dong Ning Delivers Keynote Speech at MIIT's Leadership Training Seminar for SMEs
Introduction
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT)’s 2025 Leadership Training Program for the Management of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a key initiative implementing the decisions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. It aims to promote national policies for SMEs, address critical areas and challenges in SME management, and develop tailored training plans and curricula. With a strong emphasis on political guidance and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, the program covers training in areas such as financing and IPO, digital development, smart manufacturing, strategic management, financial and tax management, technological innovation, transformation and upgrading, international expansion, and green development.
The program targets outstanding SME entrepreneurs and managers with significant social influence, including leaders from specialized, refined, unique, and innovative SMEs; technology-based SMEs; manufacturing champion enterprises; gazelle enterprises; unicorn companies; and high-tech enterprises.
On September 10, the Mentor Empowerment Seminar of the MIIT’s 2025 Leadership Training Program on Technological Innovation was held in Zhuhai. Bamboo Cloud Chairman Dong Ning was invited to attend and delivered a keynote titled "Digital Transformation: The Innovation Cycle." From three core dimensions—the commercialization of artificial intelligence (AI), the inherent logic of innovative development, and the critical support of cloud services—the speech explored the deep integration of cloud services and digital identity to build a foundation of efficiency, security, and compliance, offering an in-depth analysis of the advanced path for modern enterprise digital transformation.
In her speech, Dong Ning noted that the AI industry in 2025 has evolved from early-year technological fervor to mid-year rational adjustment. The true value of AI, she emphasized, lies not in sensational concepts but in its integration into business practices and ability to generate sustainable returns. She highlighted cloud services as an essential enabler for AI and innovative development. By contrasting traditional IT deployment with the significant efficiency advantages of cloud services, she underscored the cloud’s role in reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enabling agile iteration.
As enterprises increasingly adopt multi-cloud resources, Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDaaS) has become a core infrastructure for ensuring security, compliance, and efficient collaboration in digital transformation. IAM not only manages human identities but also coordinates diverse digital identities, including IoT devices and AI agents, to build a dynamic, intelligent, and visible security risk control system.
Taking the "Yunqi Weilai" (Cloud-Enterprise Future) platform, launched by Bamboo Cloud and its ecosystem partners, as an example, Dong explained how Bamboo Cloud’s leading IDaaS (Identity as a Service) solution integrates diverse applications. This enables "one-stop access and one-click activation," significantly reducing the complexity of system integration and selection, and creating a digitally operational environment with seamless connectivity, intelligent authentication, and precise risk control. Ultimately, this empowers organizations to achieve a unified leap in efficiency and security during digital transformation, advancing toward a new stage of high-quality and sustainable development.
